As a learning and development professional, I’ve always held myself — and my programs — to the highest standards. Throughout my career designing and leading educational programs, certifications, and leadership development initiatives, I saw which programs truly made a lasting impact: the ones that were relevant and resonant for every kind of team.
With each experience, I didn’t just apply best practices — I elevated them. The more I worked, the more creative I became at weaving tools together, adapting frameworks, and inventing new ways to help people learn, connect, and grow.
It was in this work that I discovered my true source of joy: setting people up for success. Watching professionals transform from hesitant to confident, from misaligned to deeply collaborative — this was more than a job; it was my calling.
Driven by that joy, I founded Initiatives in Action, LLC. My mission is to combine deep expertise with my superpowers: identifying patterns and opportunities others might miss, serving as a cross-disciplinary interpreter between technical and human systems, and teaching and coaching leaders to unlock their full potential.
Today, through Initiatives in Action, I partner with growth-focused organizations to make culture actionable and strategy executable. Using proven tools like Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® — paired with my unique blend of strategic insight and human-centered design — I help teams not just learn new concepts, but transform how they work together, align around shared purpose, and accelerate results.
As part of this mission, I’ve created the Insight Library: a collection of "thinking tools" leaders and partners can use, adapt, and pass on to their teams. My hope is that each insight sparks new conversations, unlocks new possibilities, and helps you create a ripple effect of growth throughout your organization.
